Returns and refunds policy

All of our prints are produced on demand and made specifically for you when you place an order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent consumer laws in the EU and other jurisdictions.

This policy applies worldwide. However, your rights to cancel or return may vary depending on your country of residence, and we will comply with any applicable local consumer protection laws.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to monitor differences and the printing process.

As each print is made to order, minor variations in trimming or alignment are normal and not considered faults.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
