1. Products
All wall art prints sold on this website are produced on demand using a professional print-on-demand service. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, variations may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process.

2. Order Finality
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final once payment has been processed, except in cases where the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

3. Legal Basis for No Returns on Change of Mind
In the UK, this policy is in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. In the EU and other jurisdictions with equivalent legislation, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence before a replacement or refund is issued.

5. International Customers
Your rights to cancel or return may vary depending on your country of residence. We comply with applicable local consumer protection laws. This means that if your local law grants you additional rights beyond those stated here, we will honour those rights.

6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
